Ernest Pineda CAC, CSP State Award Recipient

ASG is proud to announce that California Staffing Professionals (CSP) has selected Mr. Ernest Pineda as " CSP’s Staffing Professional of the Year." This designation is given to six chapter award winners and one State award winner. The (state) award is one of CSP's most prestigious honors. It recognizes one deserving individual based upon standards of excellence for production, education/ accreditation, leadership and business development superiority.

Ernest is the West Coast Director of Functional Outsourcing and Data Staffing for ASG, Inc. As a working manager, he has consistently been recognized for his personal production. He was awarded ASG's President's Award for Outstanding Service (2002 & 2005) and has reached ASG's President's Club status for four successive years (2002 through 2005).

Ernest is an active Board Member of CSP's Golden Gate Chapter and has earned both his California Accredited Consultant (CAC) and Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certifications. He also has helped others earn certifications as a CSP Board Member and Education Chair for the Golden Gate Chapter. Ernest and his staff have found value in working with the organization and are enthused about supporting and working with CSP.

Ernest holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics and a Master's degree in Public Administration, both from the University of San Francisco.
