Sunday, November 18 - All personnel schedule should arrive to the First Aid Station. Please be advised that the arrival time for all ancillary staff is at 1300 (1:00).
ALSO, THERE IS NO ENROLLMENT VISIT SCHEDULED FOR SATURDAYS; THEREFORE, THERE IS NO VACCINATION ON MON OR TUE.

Updated HIPAA Certification Site
The new site is: https://mhslearn.satx.disa.mil/ilearn/en/learner/jsp/default.htm
When you register, you will be asked to answer a number of questions. When asked:
- Service: Select “Navy”
- MTF: This is a long list; select “Navy-NBHC NTC Great Lakes 0518”
- Duty: Select “Civilian contractor”
- Job: Select “Ancillary Clinical”
Once you register and click the “next” button, WAIT for a few minutes. You will be directed to the new HIPAA training and certification site.
Several of the classes there are similar, so you should be able to click through them pretty quickly.
